Returns
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns on any products once an order has been dispatched.
Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review your claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed for dispatch.
