Processing Times
All orders are carefully prepared before dispatch.
Pre-Order Items
Products marked as Pre-Order are dispatched within 7–14 business days from the date your order is placed. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready.
Shipping
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and the courier. Glow Studios is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Glow Studios cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, please allow additional time for the courier to complete delivery before contacting us.
If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate the shipment.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging so we can review your claim.
